About the Projects module
Nabú offers multiple views for managing projects: Kanban boards with draggable columns, interactive Gantt charts with a visual timeline, task lists with advanced filters and a progress dashboard with real-time metrics. You can switch between views depending on what you need at any given moment.
The Gantt chart displays the project's full timeline with bars representing each task. You can define dependencies between tasks, view the critical path and adjust dates by dragging bars directly. Project milestones are marked as key points on the timeline.
Each task is assigned to one or more owners with a single click. When assigned, the owner receives an automatic notification. You can set a deadline, priority and add subtasks or checklists. The workload view shows how many tasks each member has so you can balance the distribution.
The progress dashboard shows the project's overall completion percentage, tasks completed vs. pending, workload distribution per member and alerts for overdue tasks. Everything updates in real time as the team completes activities. Reports are exportable in PDF and Excel.
