It is a business messaging system built into the Nabú platform. It offers channels organized by department or project, direct messages, file sharing and an AI assistant that can summarize conversations and answer questions based on the team's history.

Yes. Nabú Internal Chat covers all the messaging functions teams use WhatsApp for (messages, groups, files) but within a controlled corporate environment. Information doesn't mix with personal conversations, the company keeps control of its data and the full history remains accessible even when a team member leaves the organization.

Channels are conversation spaces organized by topic, department or project. They can be public (any member can see them) or private (invitation only). Each channel has its own history, shared files and notification settings. New members can read the entire history when they join.

You can share documents, images, PDFs, spreadsheets and any other file type. Files stay linked to the channel or conversation where they were shared and can be searched later by name or type. Images and documents have a direct preview in the chat.

The built-in AI assistant can summarize long conversations, answer questions about what has been discussed in channels and find specific information in the history. It works like another team member you can consult directly within any channel or direct conversation.
